Such Happiness

Finally managed to tear myself away from youtube so now i can update. Ive been watching videos and Heroes season 2 non stop since i came back from the drought stricken land of the cows. Youtube is very bad if you ask me. I know i promised to upload Aust photos but there is just way too many. I'll upload when someone gives me some intelligent suggestion as to how or when i find myself trapped on a desert island with only my laptop, aust pics and excess only to the blogger website.

Heres one of my daddy's nicer snapshots though.

Went to vivocity today. Hordes of people as usual this christmas season. Was my turn to be the tour guides and bring our Aussie immersed Sims to Singapore's hottest attractions. Not that vivo is that much of an attraction. But still, loads of angmohs. Thats a sign i suppose. Next stop the zoo and sentosa! Don't you just love post A level days!

Shopping in vivo city is like being in a very nicely furnished air conditioned maze. I keep finding myself wondering whether ive been at this lane before. I went round in circles for 10 minutes just trying to retrace my steps to the starbucks i passed by before. Vivocity building planners, not cool. Then again, maybe its just me.

Lesson of the day: Never under estimate what a simple gesture can do for someone who may be feeling down. All the more for those who have felt down for a long time or for those who have long given up.

To orange shirt guy at num today, whoever you are, thank you.

Such happiness =)

Over and out.

Today i hung up my legs to watch endless rounds of movies and videos. The couch too small for comfort and my mind the only barrier i could establish against little josh's yakking. Received a msg from a dear old old friend that stirred up a chest full of memories once locked away in davy jones locker. Ones that faith would slap me for, shhh.

We missed that sunrise. You didnt come for today's, so i watched it. It was nothing but another day afterall. You didnt miss anything. I only missed you.

As sure as the sun will shine upon tommorrow, change is the only thing we can be certain of in this life. I wonder if Hansel would lend me his breadcrumbs, just in case.

Miss everybody! xoxo

Car Ride Butt Aches

Few measly mins squeezed btwn breakfast and another escapade onto melbourne's -currently- freezing suburban streets.

Arrived back in Melbourne last night after a 3D2N trip along the Great Ocean Road along the bay of.. well some bay. Other than the annoying being told to get out of the car each time my body lets the car motor lull me to sleep, sights of old aged rocks ,the vast crystal ocean, sun washed beaches and the ocassional koala or two was good fun, i think. Funny how geography lessons make you gape at rocks with a greater sense of awe. Oh wait not to forget the swarms of flies along the coastal regions that never fail to make a deep impression on me on every trip to Aust in the summer. The unusual speckled sky looking like the fond carton of stomach rumbling island creamery cookies and cream in my abandoned refridgerator. For once i appreciate the few little flies at my good ole kopitiam.

Browsing through Jo's blog for prom photos just. Feeling like a dejected kid for missing prom, whining about how i should have gone. Kudos to my class girls who all looked so hot and gorgeous. Hands up for ms sexy cheong sam, you definitely win my vote hands down =) Thanks jo for posting photos

Will update more on Melbourne when my dad sccumbs to my whining to upload the photos from the cam. His newest baby is '4 GB' you see, the persistent little thing just refuses to run out of memory. Miss you Shu! Movie when i get back.
